Am I eligible for PR?

Hi all, hope you are doing well..
I've checked people's questions and your prompt answers, hence I wish to request you with a doubt of mine.
My question:
I already have a year of work experience in skill type B with 2 different employers which makes 1 continuous year.
I'm taking a certificate course in Canada which is of skill type C (Personal Support Worker) and I will be eligible for a 1 year PGWP. If I work for 1 year under PGWP in semi-skilled job will I be eligible for PR under Atlantic provincial program?

If you meet the requirements for AIPP, yes it is possible.
