This refers to the number of candidates sitting in the pool. Look at the table in top row 571 candidates in 600-1200 range.

Out of which 521 eligible candidates were invited.

If the lowest ranking CRS score is 732, is that after they receive the PNP points of 600 ?

Or do they really have a CRS of above 700. ?

I hope it is after the addition of 600 Points right

Yes, as it was a PNP specific draw so all the applicants with provincial nominations were eligible under this draw.
