Yes. But I was able to login a couple of times, after lots of attempts. But issues are there.

I have nothing against lawyers. We researched and concluded that we need to keep ourselves in control. We engaged a immigration lawyer consulted him (paid hours he gave us), asked him to review our forms and other material etc. But applied ourselves, even now and then consult him however online portal is in our control. So far we had no issues.
