December 2020- Citizenship Applicants

hi, I applied through paper on Dec 2020 and I got my finger print requested on July 20th, updated background verification completed on Aug 16th, after that, I have received no communication from CIC. I think I will be the last one to get it among us.

Hi, I I have submitted my color passport copies by email on Sep 03 but no update about it in my ECAS.

How do i verify that the copies i submitted reached CIC offices and they looks ok to them?

Any leads? thanks

My application tracker ( Screenshot ) looks very weird, everything is in processing except the exam, normally background checks show completed first then you get an exam request, I completed my exam but everything else in processing since April. I have applied in mid-December

Is anyone in a similar situation or any idea why is my tracker like this

You cant verify. it doesnt get updated in ecas/tracker.
All mails reach as it doesnt bounce. So you should be fine.
Sending again or asking again will only confuse them more and delay applications due to more work load.

Based on few posts, this happens for few people at few offices before DM in the next few days. Wait for it. Good luck to get DM.

Sorry to bother you again, but you mean possibly I could get DM in few days, but my status changed to test completed at starting of April, I mean it's already 5 months, the posts you saw, had a similar timeline?

1. Yes
2. it doesnt matter and cant compare with exact 5 months after test for those candidates. But mostly they were not 5 month after test as not many wait for 5 months.

It just resets everything before DM for few at few office locations which is what i know. why do you start patterning it. No point. Just wait for few more days to see what happens.

Alright guys. not sure of any of the Dec 2020 are still waiting. 2 out of 3 applications show Background check completed, 1 of them still show in Progress.
No news since July 1. Am I the only one waiting when it went from AOR to IP and no test invite?

Well I’m also the December applicant. Changed to IP in April and then no updates at all…

Test Scheduled: July 23rd
Test result updated on website : July 26th

Received passport copies request : Sept 10th.
Passport copies Delivered : Sept 12th

There a quite a few still waiting including myself. Dec 2020. (Actually I started back in Oct 2019 and 1 lost application).
BG completed for 2 of my members , 1 still in progress.
The last update was on Jul1 about BG. and no further updates.

I'm December applicant, already done my test. I haven't heard anything since my test updated. Which was August 23rd.

I have the similar timeline and I am also waiting since 23rd August for any updates.
