Just curious if a clinical anxiety / depression diagnosis (prescribed with medications) can be used to request urgent outland spousal sponsorship? The one with this health condition is the sponsor in Canada, not the primary applicant overseas.

Unfortunately there's no way to request urgent processing for a spousal sponsorship application.

I will be brutaly honest with you my friend. Ircc does not give a rats butt about sponsor illnesses.
On the contrary, I would not disclose ANY medical issues to those bastards because that will only harm your application.
The Visa officer will think oh the sp has health issues and therefore he can not support the spouse and so he will try his best to sabotage your application. Fact! This is even if you are approved as a sponsor, the Visa Officer always has the last decision.
My advice, provide abundant relationship proofs and blend in with the rest and go with the flow. Ircc is not a humanitarian mentality when it comes to spousal sponsorship. One might think that may be the case since they urgently process refugees, but its quite the opposite in our case. Good luck and sorry but it is what it is...we are lowest priority of all immigrants.

Actually the way to request urgent processing is thru your Member of Parliament.
I did it, but it was denied. Like I said, I do not recommend to request it as it 99% will be denied anyways and you only put more doubt in their minds about your fitness as a sponsor.
The only surefire way to speed up your application is to provide all their checkmark proofs in abundance.
The moment they have a doubt, this starts delay after delay...
