Come on Ottawa. Give me that PPR before the end of the yearQ4 of 2020 saw a lot of PPRs being issued by Sydney and some for NDVO too. But then with the 2nd covid wave, everything went downhill for Outlanders. Hopefully this time with the borders open, vaccinations high, there are a lot of PPRs to look forward to from Ottawa VO along with the others in Q4.
