Hello
I wasn't abroad for 6 months in a row (4.5 months + 2.5 months ) in one year , means not continuously 6 months .
If I'll be asked for PCC

1-Will country's embassy(in my country) issue the PCC?
2-If in any case, embassy will not issue PCC , should I go there physically to get PCC or what's the solution ?

Go to the IRCC website to see how a PCC should be requested for the required countries.
The procedure is different for different countries.

Could you please clarify this paragraph :

Example C: Several short stays in another country
Lailah studied in Spain between 2014 and 2017, for several 4-month study periods but she did not stay there for 6 months or more in a row. The system will not ask for a police certificate, but an officer may ask for one from Spain after she submits her application. To avoid delays, Lailah could ask for a police certificate from Spain and submit it with her application.

If system will not ask for PCC, why Lailah could ask for it? Does Lailan has foreknowledge that officer will ask or not?

If PCC will not ask for less than 6 months , why applicant should request beforehand ?

Really I can't understand for which kinds of delay she could ask ?
While system will not but maybe officer ask !!!!!!!!!!!

Although the system will not register, it is at the discretion of the immigration officer to either request for a PCC or to continue without it.
The delay in this case occurs if the officer asks for it and the applicant has to request the PCC at that point.
PCCs don't expire for non-residing country.
So go ahead and request one just to be on the safer side.

As you informed me , I searched through IRCC site,
It could be possible to request within a embassy.
my question is
Applicant request PCC and should submit within 60/90 days with their application, what will happen if during this 60/90 days applicant's PCC will not get ready from embassy's side [definitely this is not applicant's fault]

If your PCCs are taking longer, inform in LOE and attach proof that you have applied for PCC or if there's any delay due to covid
