Thank you for your wishes.First of all Congrats,
Just few questions if you don't mind
How did you know that the 1st and 3rd GU was about medical, was it when you called them ?
Regarding the medical extension, did you ask for it or it was granted by officer without you asking for it?
Thanks and good luck for your new life
CongratulationsGuys, Got PPR today morning..Thanks to all of you..
Are you getting 67 out of 100 in the FSW without adding your aunts 5 points?. If the answer is no then your application will get rejected and it will take then 8-12 months to finalizeGuys, I need help. My webform says "Eligibility not met" as I did not submit the supporting documents of my relatives in Canada. I did not know that it should be my real aunt, not a cousin one. I asked her for the documents, but she is reluctant in providing so. What can I do at this stage?. Will my application gets rejected?. AOR- 03rd Feb'20, PNP- Outland.

Hello & congratulations, I see you eventually got your PR. I want to please know if they indeed verified your application after you uploaded a new reference letter? Thanks a lot. I just applied for GCMS notes and it will take time. But I was planning to send an updated letter of employment proactively. And I see your point, they're comparing NOC and verifying my job - so I have to make it detailed.
However, do you advise I send the updated letter of employment now or should I wait for GCMS notes to know exactly what eligibility in work experience was not met, which may take up to 60 days?
Where’s your VO? Which second degree did you use? Let’s see what can be done. Please can anyone help?!
I got my GCMS Notes last week and my Eligibility states 'not met'.
The case officer's notes say I'm claiming points for a higher education than I possess.
EXPLANATION:
I am claiming points for having two or more certificates because my WES evaluation states "Canadian equivalent of a Degree (4 yrs) and a Postgraduate Diploma. My points on ITA was 471 and the re-evaluation by the processing agent is 399 based on the above recommendation. I'm freaking out! I tried applying for re-evaluation by IQAS but I'm just learning that will take 30 weeks from receipt of transcripts to process!
My FSW-O, AOR is Nov 2020. Does anyone know if an LOE will suffice seeing as time factor is very uncertain right now? Has anyone been in this situation before? What did they do?!

Is it a uni diploma? (The one year postgrad) which exact certification did you use?"Canadian equivalent of a Degree (4 yrs) and a Postgraduate Diploma (1 year)

That’s strange. When was the note written? If it was at CIO the officer in Ottawa can change it. If it’s at Ottawa you might want to send an explanation. I’ll ask lawyers with similar cases & revert. Its a qualifying degree certificate for a law degree
