I applied for Seneca College for Computer Engine Technology Advance diploma program. And got my offer letter for Fall-2021. And I got my visa also. But due to some accident I couldn't register for my course. And now I am not able to register.
So I am thinking to change my session. But recently saw that in Seneca, January intake doesn't take computer Engine Technology student.
So Now I want to change my program. And take civil engineering program for January-2022. So do I need to change my visa also now?? Please help!

You'd need to apply again for a new visa.

If the new program is at the same DLI, you do not need to re-apply for your permit.

But what if its a change from PG Diploma Program to a Diploma Program at the same DLI ?
Technically you are still allowed to do that, but I would advise against changing to a lower level program as that might lead to issues such as refusals, when it's time to get your pgwp or extend your sp.
