Hey guys,
I've been reading many posts on this and I'm confused now.
I'm getting married in October and shifting to Canada in January. I'm a PR.
I will submit my wife's outland application in January. I also wanted to submit her TRV application.
If travel is open for everyone (after sep7) does that mean I can apply for her TRV now before marriage itself? Like she can apply as a tourist?
Or does is it only for family reunification and will make sense only after I go there?
If the first option works, and she gets TRV and we git there together, that means I get to apply inland application for her, right? And what will happen is her TRV expires during the inland spousal process?
These days, is inland faster or outland?
Please advise.
