As medical of most applicants is expring or has expired, what should we do: wait for the message from IRCC or get it renewed by ourself? How often IRCC extend the validity of existing medical?
Wait for IRCC to request remedicals.. if you do it on your own n send it via webform it does not get processed n uploaded for 2-3 months..

OK, so here is the plan put forth by the conservatives to clear the backlog

-> Creating an efficiency mechanism, where those waiting for their application to be reviewed can pay a fee for expedited processing
-> All revenues from this expedited processing fee will be directed towards hiring additional people to streamline processing wait lines even more
-> Those unable to afford the expedited processing fee will benefit from significantly shortened waits, directly resulting from increased immigration processing capacity.
-> This will dramatically speed up processing times, delivering improved outcomes at no additional cost to the taxpayer.

So how many are willing to pay additional premium to expedite the processing, though this is just a political agenda and conservatives aren't going to win

Great plan but first, they will cancel the pending applications to start fresh.
