Hello All,

I hope everyone can have their PR cards soon. Waiting without any update, non-sense timelines, etc. I know how it feels...

I have a question about timelines for the applications 'on hold'. I'm the primary applicant (inland) with dependants (outland). I'm working with a consulting company for our PRs and my representative advised me to wait until my dependants return to Canada. Once, they informed IRCC about our current situation, they put our application on hold at the case processing centre in Ottawa (CPC-O).

Anyone is in the same situation? Does anyone know about processing times after my dependents are back in Canada?
No one is in the same situation?

Medical Extension

AOR - June 2019

My medical was extended today, my account updated to say you have pass your medical - September 9, 2021.

I have an outland dependent, does anyone knows if they are extending medical for outland dependent as well, I have not received a Re Medical request for her.

(We had our medical extended last year as well, everyone on the application.)

I haven't heard any cases here, where they have extended the medical for the outlanders. You are June 2019? Why so late it makes me depressed

Dear @legalfalcon,
Please advise. My spouse who is outland got her PR visa on Dec 2020 and expired on April 2021. Iam in Canada and I did not get my COPR during that time, so she was not able to come to Canada and visa got expired.
Now I received my COPR but still she was not able to come due to PR visa expiry.
Please advise what should I do? Do I need to wait or can I use her PPR (which she got on January) to submit her passport again?
I am April 2019 AOR, CEC.
Thanks in advance.
You will have to wait until IRCC asks for the passport. Also, in the interim you can apply for a visitor's visa for your spouse to join your in Canada, once your spouse is in Canada, you can then update your spouse's address, and your spouse should get a e-COPR just as you got.

Will IRCC accept visitor visa application from spouse if the PR application is still in progress?

I was able to login...
And I saw a GU...but could not access...I clicked and got the gateway error...
When I login again the GU was gone...

So now I don't; know if it was a glitch or not....

:(
I got a email from CIC , there is a update on my application. I was able to login but only when I click on application to view it comes gateway error.
