Hey congratulations, whats the expiry date of the pr visa on your spouses passport?
Thanks Buddy...its my daughter who is outland me and my spouse are here in Canada. Her COPR is expiring in Feb end. I do not understand what is happening in my case as i haven't seen many applications like this whose case is closed but no COPR.

Dear @legalfalcon,
Please advise. My spouse who is outland got her PR visa on Dec 2020 and expired on April 2021. Iam in Canada and I did not get my COPR during that time, so she was not able to come to Canada and visa got expired.
Now I received my COPR but still she was not able to come due to PR visa expiry.
Please advise what should I do? Do I need to wait or can I use her PPR (which she got on January) to submit her passport again?
I am April 2019 AOR, CEC.
Thanks in advance.

Hello, sorry if this question was asked on multiple occasions. I got an eCORP for me and my son, he’s Outland, I’m inland. I need to travel back to pick him up. What should we do next in order for him to come to Canada? Do we apply for him to get a visitor visa?

So, something weird, but not surprised, since it's IRCC haha....Seems like they don't even read emails......

Just wondering if anyone has any ideas? Or anyone in same/similar situation? Timeline below:

CEC Inland with 1 Outland Dependent
- AOR - Oct 8th, 2020
- As per GCMS notes, all stages passed since Apr 14th, 2021
- Due to family emergency, I had to travel back to India on 23rd July, 2021
- Due to family emergency, I can't travel back to Canada before Nov 15th - I have stamped TRV (and WP) valid till Oct 2022.
- Spouse got re-medical request - Jul 30th, 2021
- Spouse got medical done - Aug 11th, 2021
- Medical updated in IRCC portal - Aug 20th, 2021
- Got 1st PR portal email on Aug 31st, 2021 asking to confirm whether I'm in Canada, and asked some details
- I replied same day, saying I'm not in Canada, and can't travel back before Nov 15th, requested to issue PPR instead (which is reasonable, since anyways they have to issue a PPR for my spouse - not overly concerned about delay anymore, family's first)
- For some reason, got another reminder email on Sept 1st, 2021, asking for same details as above. Replied same as above on same day.
- Still, after 2 replies, saying clearly that I am NOT in Canada, and requesting PPR, I received PR confirmation portal credentials on Sept 2nd, 2021.
- Now, I can't do shit with it, and it's useless, since there is a declaration that I'm in Canada. And I don't want to risk misrepresentation by proceeding further. Sent a web-form about it on the same day, still no response.

I am CEC Inland with 2 dependents . At the time of applying PR , my dependents were also inland. But due to some reasons, My dependents had to visit my home country and they could not come back due to travel restriction. I have been waiting for PR for more than 18 months and decision has still not made. I have plan to go to home country in Dec/January 2022 due to my mother's surgery. My visa is on expired status and employer has already applied WP extension in July which is also taking time to approve. I am expecting my WP somewhere in October or November as per current timelines and after that if I
would apply for visa which are taking more than 3-4 months then mother's surgery date will be passed which I can not do . By and large, I would not have any way-out to come back to Canada except I get COPR and PR card before that time. In my application , every stage has passed except the final decision.
I have sent IRCC web form still no response. Can you guide me what can I do ? This is very depressing situation.
