PR card timeline (Etobicoke office only)

Finally the application was approved!! Now I'm just waiting for the PR Card to arrive!!!

Photo Delivered- April 06 2021
1st GU - September 1 2021
Application Approved - September 8 2021 (PR card mailed)

congrats and just have one question: how to link the pr card application to my CIC and get GU? I did not receive any instruction from cic

My card was mailed on Sep 1st and I haven't received it yet. Does anyone know if the cards are actually mailed from Etobicoke or somewhere else? It should not take this long to deliver the card as I am living in GTA.

All PR cards comes from Sydney, Nova Scotia

YEESSSSS, application was approved today & status update- "We mailed your permanent resident card to you. Your card can take up to six weeks to arrive. "

COPR: April 1/2021
COPR email received: April 12/2021
Photo delivered: April 16/2021
GU1: Sept 3/2021
PR card mailed - Sept 8/2021

Which office did you sent photos? Etobicoke or Ottawa?

Thank you! To link your application you need to go to your profile and after the table that shows your applications, you will see the following message: "Did you apply on paper or don't see your online application in your account? Add (link) your application to your account to access it and check your status online. ". Click on the link and follow the steps to link your application. Just take care when you fill your place of birth, because it needs to be written exactly how it shows in your passport (including the spaces, the "/", etc.).

Finally PR card approved for me and for my wife on 9th September. This brings my 7 years 4 months long immigration journey to end.How long normally it takes to get card in mail
