CEC PR questions

Hello everyone,

This is Mohan, I am planning to apply under CEC in October 2021, my one-year experience in Canada is going to be complete on Oct 2nd,2021 so how soon I can create the express entry profile? I have all the documents ready with me to apply. If I create the profile now the IRCC will consider one year of experience from the date I created the profile or the date I submit the documents? or the date I get the ITA?

2) I am graduated with a 3 years bachelor's degree in India with no experience back home, and I did two one-year PG courses in Canada so my question is while selecting option no.4 (What is your level of education? = Bachelors degree three or more year program at a university, college, trade) or (two or more certificates, diplomas or degrees one must be a program of three or more years) which one should choose in the CRS tool because I have 3years bachelors in India and 2 one year pg certificates in Canada.

Could you please provide your valuable response to my ques? so that I can apply asap.

Do you have have a ECA for your degree?

Yes, I do have and received which is equivalent to Canada 3 years bachelors degree and medicals, PCC as well.

So your ECA is equivalent to 3 year degree and diploma then you can choose ”two or more.” SInce you don’t have foreign experience you are not eligible for EE until October when you have one year Canadian experience.

Also, regarding my job role as I am an accountant and fresher my responsibilities are matching with two positions which are in NOCA and B, as Accountant and Accounting technician; For the accountant-NOC, A, almost 4 responsibilities are matching and more which are not in the website, for Accounting technician-NOC B all of the responsibilities are matching which should I choose? Could you please go through the website and respond so that you can easily understand what I'm actually trying to say. I am not a CGA, CPA, CMA, Auditor, just an accountant!

Your duties must match the NOC…over 70%. Seems like your duties match Accounting Technician.
