I applied from Vietnam since July 12th
If you asked about offer letter, it took 3 weeks since the day I applied
If you asked about LOA, it took 1 week since the day I received offer letter

Okay okay i have applied on 16th of august and my passport copy was received on 25th and ielts on 27th IELTS requirement has been met but still it shows incomplete documentation and today infront of my degree column it is stated that ba degree needed from your university which i have submitted
