I’m equally shocked. It seems like pre-ITA folks are generally more cool-headed here lol
It is just ireational what they are doing we are waiting for an ITA since April but I am drawing such a nonsense conculusions that FsW is gone or this and that we have hard facts that were presented to public and people still are making up some new stories every day

There were approximately 24k (i cant remember an exact source but i do recall such a figure, correct me if i am wrong) expired copr holders, how many of these have received renewals? This could be indicative of intentions, if exact or approximate figures could be extracted.

I think, perhaps, after the 7th, even if there wont be a "rain of PPRs" theres no justification IRCC can provide as to why FSWs arent being processed, if theres an inquiry. It was cited on the border closures all this while, and thats understandable. Going forward, perhaps theyll have to process CEC and FSW concurrently as the system of preference they used to do this on holds no ground anymore. The afghan crisis should affect both CECs and FSWs equally going forward. It'll be a trickle but all opportunities will be open.
Something is seriously wrong with IRCC if they continue to complete CEC applications while holding back PPR for FSWs. There is no justification for doing it anymore.

I reckon the insanity level in this thread is gonna go to the next level soon. I just don’t wanna be a part of that. Lol. C ya with my PPR soon…!!!! ;);););)

Agree that September 7 is not going to be the magical date that people have been hoping for. Border restrictions for outlanders ended on June 21. The fact that there has barely been any movement on outland applications since that date clearly shows what the priorities of IRCC are. They are going to continue processing only CEC and TR-PR applications for this year. They have zero accountability and their boss clearly doesn't give a shit about fairness, why would they change what they are doing? What incentive do they have to clear the FSW backlogs? The only way this is going to change is if they have a new boss who will explicitly order them to clear the backlogs, otherwise they'll happily continue to only process inland applications until they run out of them.

Exactly, IF an enquiry is made by the powers that be as to why only a certain class is being processed, there's no justification that can be offered. They might perhaps proffer another excuse, but that excuse will have to be made public for it to seem reasonable.
