So, my student visa got refused a few months ago for financial reasons. it was a bit weird as my aunt is sponsoring me and we had every document needed to prove it. also she had more than enough money in the bank statements to pay for everything. some people told me that maybe the visa officer was worried that she would stop paying for my tuition etc.
So, she transferred me some of the money and right now I have around 30K CAD in my personal bank statements. however the money was not there for all the four months bank statements. down should I proceed? should she make another affidavit stating that she is sponsoring me and she already gave me some money? which bank statement should I show now, mine or hers? thanks everyone

You are the applicant, not your aunt, why do the VO wants to see your aunt's bank statements?

What did your GCMS notes state? How old are you? Now you have created more red flags with your aunt “dumping” money in your account.

she is my sponsor ?
They don't need to see your sponsor's account. They need to see your account, since you're the applicant.

If the Money in your account comes from a sponsor, you show evidence of transaction from your sponsor's bank account to yours.

Did you pay tuition fee for at least a year?

You may need to get your aunt to write you a sponsorship letter stating that she will be paying for your tuition and your expenses. She will also need to prove that she is earning an income either by providing pay stubs and an employment letter ( or she can provide evidence of owning a business)

It’s my understanding that the visa officer may want to know if she has a steady income and wants proof that her money is from a legitimate source.

Second this. No way the officers are expecting to see 100k CAD in a 20 years old kid’s account. I applied for study permit few years back and my parents provided the proof of funding by showing statement of their account. Not sure how this work now / may need to show more proof if the sponsor is not directly related but I think being sponsored by OP’s aunt is not the issue.
