Fall Study permit applicants from Ghana. Should I submit Webform after medicals passed?

Hello guys. My classes starts on 7th September. I got a medical request on 17th August and passed on 24 August. Since then, no feedback. I know there’s no way I’ll make it to Canada before my class starts but do you think I should send IRCC a webform or email with hopes that it will speed the process a bit? I saw a Ghanaian applicant with a similar situation as mine who had PPR within 4 days of passing the medicals. (Note one of my courses for the upcoming semester requires in person attendance even though all the others are online)

Passed medical examination on 21 Aug. Waiting for PPR. I already sent emails and raised a web form. Don't know it will expedite the process, but you should raise a web form.

I’m in the same situation like you the difference is that they received my medical report on the 23 august and since now I didn’t received any message again I guest we should wait patiently till the end of this week before doing any request

same situation. Mine showing 'We are reviewing your eligibility...same for background check.

My eligibility tab says “we are reviewing whether you meet eligibility requirements”
New development though. I just received Biometric Validity Letter but still no PPR yet. Hope that’s a good sign?
