acknowledgement email for the coloured copy of passport pages?

Hi Everyone. On July 21st I was invited for citizenship test on July 23 which I passed with score of 19/20. They also asked me to provide them with coloured copy of pages of my passport. I provided the document on July 26. On August 5th citizenship test has been updated to completed. Does anyone know when they update that they received my passport document? I also sent it through web form to make sure that they got it.

They dont acknowledge. You should be fine.
Sending multiple emails are making them change the strategy to accept the passport pages through post rather than quick email. So please dont send emails asking them to confirm. You should be fine as all emails go through without any problem.

I contacted them through the phone and they finally received it after 1 month.

I have a quick question for the translated stamps should we combine it with the scanned passport coloured scans or put it as a different document and email it? Thanks

I combined them with scanned passport. I think that the specification states that it must be 1 file.
