@Leon I was married in 2013 but we got PR in 2016 only under Express OINP .so technically after PR some time later we got separated
And heading to get divorce one year later. We were in relation for 3 years but due to personal reasons i am getting divorce .
I do not know if he is primary applicant and i am considered sponsored :(
If you both got PR visa at the same time, then you are not sponsored. If he got his PR first and then had to apply for your PR, then you were sponsored. In any case, it doesn't matter, you stayed together after getting PR, you lived together after getting PR. There is no marriage fraud or misrepresentation in your case so you have absolutely nothing to worry about.

Hi Team of Experts..
Please help me with my problem. I am married since 2017. When I got my PR I was single. After doing soft landing I went back to my home country and got married there. i sponsored my wife on Spousal PR and she is PR since 2018. We are living together since 2018. But thing are not good between us since marriage. Now I am planning to divorce her. I do not want to live with her as she is very aggressive to me. Everyday fights are effecting me mentally and physically. But one thing really scares me is that if I divorce her, I will lose my PR Status and can be deported back to my home country. Please advise. I am in a very bad situation. I am so much scared of her fights with me that I have to sleep in my car. We are living together for more then 3 years. But enough is enough. Please advise if I take divorce from her, Will it effect my PR Status or not ? Except Cash in my bank account and car, i have nothing else on my name.
Thank you very much in advance.

If you got PR, later sponsored her, and have been married since 2018, divorcing her in 2021 will have absolutely no impact on your PR.

Hello question!
I'm outlander and applying for PR now. I'm married but separated and not living together with my partner since last year. I know that my dependent needs medical exam, but how about my ex-partner? Does he need to do medical exam too?

Sounds like you are applying for PR. You should file For divorce ASAP. When you say dependent do you mean your child under 22 or have you lived with a partner for over 1 continuous year and are common law.

Are you living in Canada? If you have been apart since last year why can’t you get divorced in Canada? This is very confusing is the dependent your ex-spouse? Or a new partner? Maybe you mean 1 child is my dependent.

I'm currently living here in middle east. I got a msg for PR APPLICATION. Divorce is not allowed in our religion. I have a child with my ex-partner. We are no longer together when I received the invitation to apply.
