Medical passed/ Received: Sept. 1, 2021.
Also tracker shows my sponsorship "in process" which is not correct and it needs to get changed to "decision made".
Moreover, my application does not need biometrics as my parents have a valid biometric in the file

Received passport request for my parents today. Timeline below.

VO: CPC Mississauga (parents currently in India)
App received: June 4, 2019
Biometrics/Medicals request: December 2019
Biometrics/Medicals completed: December 2019
Sponsorship approval and other document request: December 2019
Documents sent - hard copy to CPC office (PCC, CV, Supplementary travels): February 2020
Re-medical request: July 18, 2021
Re-medical done: July 26, 2021
Medicals updated on GCKEY: Aug 11, 2021
Passport request on GCKEY/Decision made on ECAS: September 1, 2021

PCC and other documents were not requested for second time. Only re-medicals were requested second time. Parents were in India for complete duration of file processing.

I will soon post my questions around passport transmission.

Kindly let me know the process for submission of passport for visa stamping for PR category. The application is for 2 people, for which I have received the passport request letter in the name of the principle applicant. As the VFS Global has asked to submit 1 webform for each passport, I had filled 2 webforms and did the payment for both and received 2 AWB numbers. In the passport submission letter, all the documents for both the candidates have been asked to be submitted in 1 envelope. On handing over the envelope to the courier service they said that it should be in 2 envelopes.
Please clarify if the documents should be in 1 envelope or in separate envelopes for both applicants?
Also should I have raised only 1 webform in the name of the principle applicant and paid the fees just for that 1 webform. Thanks in advance.

Hi I received that request recently. I have provided them my (sponsor) birth certificate, 8th, 10th, 12th, college certs, voter id, indian passport. Hope this will work for me. What documents are you planning to send?

Thanks Raj. My 8th-12th certificate does not have my mother(Applicant)'s name and I do not have Indian passport anymore so I am planning to send them my birth certificate only.

Hello, I also received the same request. How did you notified the current address? Like a letter or proof of address(Adhar card)?

No I haven't. I called the call centre and they don't know anything and Warsaw visa office has not replied.

this is a joke and excuse by immigration , I am from Afghanistan and i sponsor my parents under PGP 2019, and there is no response for months.....on their file........... other hand i cannot bring my parents on supper visa as well for the last 10 year...just chill ..............this is cic excuse.............

Oh...that is what I thought...try to push it through webform your case can be under emergency circumstances

Is it possible to travel after passport request (and dont submit passport) and request to submit passport from here in Canada.
