Cancel Spousal Application

Hi Everyone,

I recently submitted our application, it was delivered by UPS a week ago, august 25 2021. Then i realized i made a lot of mistakes filling up the forms and the documents summited. Thinking of cancelling/withdrawing the whole application and send in a new one. Do you think it can cause mix up? Will ircc completely disregard my initial submission or will they still keep it.

And how to do a withdrawal. I tried calling the cic number but the voice prompt wont bring me to option on withdrawal.

Withdraw.... When the application is in Process.... To withdraw, only a signed letter is needed and you don't need to disclose the reason of the withdrawal.
Cancel.... Early stage ( received, not in Process yet).... Contact IRCC client service and send a webform with all the relevant information.

NB: For both, you need to contact IRCC for guidance since your file is not in the system yet. But you can raise a webform to tell them to cancel the application.
