Refugees can now apply for PR online

I submitted my permanent resident application online on August 5, and I haven't received any news yet. I wonder if I have received it or started processing it? I think it takes 23 months. The processing time for online application and paper mailing should be the same?

I took help of counsel and he did for me. For any doubts i guess IRCC will answer our query. These guys are still testing and dont have much information about the software. Try calling IRCC

Did you counsel submit it for you online? Or you provided all documents and the counsel submitted by mail? Thanks for replying.

Imm 008 under Dependants it says list "all your children" even if they are already citizen of Canada .. what if the child is 27 and a canadian citizen … would he/she still needed to be listed?
It's Confusing because it says list all children but it's under depandants ... as per my understanding a depandant is as follows:

• under 22 years of age and not a spouse or common-law partner
• 22 years of age or older, have depended substantially on the financial support of the parent since before the age of 22 and be unable to support themselves financially due to a physical or mental condition

Isn't it blocking you from submitting the application if you have Child dependent? I reported but no response. We all need to report to bring to IRCC's attention.
