Yeah. I think border reopening will bring a chance of tide for goodI think they are lining up applications to issue PPR. May be after the border opens on Sep 7. We will see.
May be they are issuing re-med for people who need it and for others they are extending the medicals validity.
I am not US resident!! I would also want to know if anyone else receive re-med request alsoAre you by any chance a US resident? because it seems they're issuing PPR only to US residents.
Are those people with expired COPRs having them re-issued?I’ve seen about a dozen non-US people receive PPRs in the last 3 weeks

Good news, applicants with December 2019 AOR have started receiving PPRs. These were people who had not received COPR before. They have finally picked up FSW files.

Which just proves my assumptions that applications older than a specific date would be ignored by IRCC. Sep 2019 AOR, US-based, NOTHING.
