Hi everyone.
Isn't AOR automatically generated after submitting the application? I'm an outlander and I've received mine in a matter of minutes, in May 2021. I've been waiting for BIL since then. Apparently no BIL has been issued for PNP outlanders in the past 3 months.

Did you apply through the newly online portal for paper base application or EE
I applied electronically for Express Entry. So that's why I got my AOR so soon.
Anyway, it seems that every application, beside Canadian Experience Class, are paused or going forward very slowly. At least that's what their website says:
Canadian Experience Class applications
We’re working at full capacity to process applications
All other Express Entry applications
We have limited capacity to process applications and you may experience a delay.
