Timeline for hearing dates for Claimant who applied in 2020 but got ID's in 2021.

Starting this thread for a purpose to get up to date about claimant hearing dates who applied basically in 2020 march onwards and got E- acknowledgment and got ID's in 2021.. please update this thread if you are getting hearing dates as my IRB asked my lawyer about his availability in dec so any update about anyone after getting id's in 2021.. Good Luck everyone.. and just want to know is it a normal procedure to ask for lawyer availability after just 3 4 months of id's however acknowledgment was given in April 2020 .. TIA

Hey, @zak86 @patienthunter IRB reached out to my counsel in July and gave the date for the hearing in September. Sorry I wasn't very active here due to work and stuff. How are you all?

I think they are giving dates faster now as the hearing is virtual. I saw a lot of people getting dates after 3 to 4 months of eligibility interviews. Hopefully, you will get the dates soon guys.

wow perfect I thought something was abnormal going on with me like they approach my counsel about dates as you know early date means early work they have done etc so was wondering how all done in just 3 4 months .. so Good luck and do update about your experience my wishes are with you

Nothing so far. My case was deferred in June, but I have not heard back yet.

I am still waiting to get hearing date however not able to check application at gc key or cic client tool
