Do I have any realistic chance?

I am new to this so want to know from someone with experience if I have a chance to get PR in Canada or I am wasting my time and money. I don't think I have a chance on Express Entry as my CRS score is low so I want to know if there is a chance with PNP or any other program. If you think chances are bleak just let me know..

Age 35. CRS score 344. Applying with family. 7 years experience in the IT field. Bachelor's degree.

Do you have any friends or connection in Manitoba?
If yes!! Then you have a chance by applying through MPNP stream.
Only then if you get a nomination ,600 points would be added to your EE profile.
