Finally it's over for me.
Took my Oath today at Scarborough IRCC online office. Received an invite for ceremony on 16th of August. The certificate won't be expedited...

I personally don't think it negatively impacts the application but other folks might have a different opinion.

That's correct. I said I need to go to US due to work-related questions and that I have my tickets for Sept20-25 and officer said "No" as it's not a reason why she should expedite it, and that usually it takes 3-5 business day to deliver it.

From Calgary, nothing since JUL 2021 and on there email saying "Your next step will Oath".

How did you reach them? I am never able to reach to an agent. :/

I tried calling multiple times different times of the day and finally I was able to speak to an agent.

I'm in Calgary last update was on July 28th everything was set to completed except oath not started.
I got excited when status changed to dm but nothing since.

Test done today morning. Passed.

Its open for all. they would simply say yes. nothing to worry. prepare by that time and you would get the response in few days,
dont send multiple emails as they are slow in replying sometimes. You have enough time anyway.

Since when it's allowed to do the test even if you are outside of Canada?

nothing, waiting for the oath for 5 weeks now....Already reached to MP but they say no information due to the situation in Afghanistan
