She can. SINP may question that 8 years of her experience is related to 1311. Her education must match her NOC.

Thankyou for your reply..yes her education do match with both of the noc code requirement..the only doubt I have is whether 10 years exp have to be only in one noc code or can be divided in two noc code with having minimum 1 year exp requirement in intended noc code fulfiled

Ah I see, you want to claim 10 years experience when you only have 2 years experience in the one NOC. Others can weigh in but with SINP, you can’t have 2 NOCs so you pick one. Your experience is based on one NOC. As per the rules,

• Your work experience must relate to the job you have put on your application.
• One year of work experience equals 12 full months.

No movement in outland applications so far.. me too in the que. My AR is 18 December 2020, awaiting AOR..

Don't know when things will start turning up..
