Adding dependent to COPR/ delays

I added my new born after getting my COPR in June. They’ve updated my records and cancelled my old visa but no request for medicals. My old medicals too had expired. Anyone has an idea how long this will take and What I can do to make it faster? I’ve submitted dependents updated forms , Passport and birth certificate.

Adding dependents to applications was generally taking around 4 months pre-pandemic. It's generally longer now.
