Please see below application for myself and my kid.

No test invite/update yet. Only background verification is completed in the website. Are there any people with the same situation like me? Im a bit worried and already reach out to IRCC via webform and they said that my application is still in process. Also how would I know which office is processing my application. Thanks!

It’s always the case, there is no system that can describes their way of work, applicants from my city who applied in September 2019 are done with their oath and others their applications are not yet been touched in the local office. I am tired from knocking doors from Prime minister to immigration minister down to MPs. It is how it is, it’s about how lucky you are and in who‘s hands your files lands in. Good luck to all of us.

If you look at the spreadsheet you will notice that September and October applicants test invite, DM and oath are higher than august …. It makes no sense if the IRCC website states that they are processing May till 1st of June applications …. Funny the contradictions

I emailed local CIC office with no hope of a reply. To my surprise they replied me saying that ceremony will be scheduled within 4 months. Have to wait and watch .

well, sheet is not a perfect proxy of actual applications. It might be that people who reported in sheet for their applications completed, but overall Sep/oct is less than AUg (at least i hope so) . That said CIC is just a black box you put in application and hope for the best

looking at data seems like Toronto office is most efficient and Surrey/Montreal are least

I saw in some other forums that people finished Outh today and they started their process in 2021 May. And they said they didn't request fast process. Many people got process very fast from 2020/2021. My wife applied two months back and she finished her finger print request. It looks like she get citizenship before than me. I applied Aug 2019. And my test is still in progress.

IRCC has standard processing application time 12 months. Now they are processing 2020 applications fast because they need to make good statistics for this year. 2019 covid, delays, nobody cares, forgotten applicants...

I'm the same situation. Application received in Aug. 2019, and in process since Nov. 2019. No test invite, waiting for more than 2 years!!! My processing office is Mississauge. It's so frustrating.

Same here. It has officially been 2 years since I’ve applied. My DM was done July 14th. Who knows when I’ll get an oath invite. It’s frustrating as hell to have to wait this long. Even my passport (of my home country) has expired.
Oh and my processing office is Toronto.

True that mate. Likewise it’s been more than 2 years now. Decision Made on August 9th. Who knows when I will get the Oath Invite?
