It took almost 6 weeks to receive my certificate. If Calgary office work with the same speed as Ottawa, it will be your Christmas gift. No need to contact them yet.
I finished Oath on October 13, still waiting for certificate from Ottawa office.
I have different officer, she closed my file.
As far as I know, you won't receive certificate until file is closed.
You may need to contact IRCC.
Yes, status of application is closed, I didn't request expedited service, but still don't understand why it takes so long to print and put certificate in envelope.
There's small chance that you still keep your pr status if you didn't renounce (your pr card can be expired, but pr status can be valid)

If you were outside of Canada with your Canadian wife and she worked...
I had Oath 3 weeks ago, still waiting.
They told certificate will be delivered in 2-4 weeks, but with this quality of service I expect to receive it in couple months.
I think it's unreasonable delay, they don't need to check anything, they need to print and send it.
If your case was withdrawn, you need to go to the court (criminal inquiries) show them
fairness letter you received from IRCC, they will make copies of court records (ask them to make copies certified).
You have I believe 90 days to respond to this letter, then file can be abandoned.
Good luck.
Yesterday I had Oath ceremony, officer checked COPR and told it's important document, you will need it for pension.
I would suggest to send them email about lost document.
