AOR 2020 PR Applicants Timeline (Protected Person in Canada Class)

I am happy every thing seems getting faster now,waiting for my turn,I am August 2020 applicant,I am sure I am not far behind.
Hello everybody, I got my eCoPR yesterday and I have dependants outside Canada.
my time line is below.
August 07, 2020 application received
July 07, 2021 processing started
August 16, 2021 IRCC permanent residency portal
August 17, 2021 IRCC permanent residency portal (glitch in system)
August 18, 2021 IRCC permanent residency portal again
August 19, 2021 Portal created for me, uploaded photo and address
August 24, 2021 application approved, Confirmation of permanent residency in portal.
July 22, 2021 Received email from the high commission of Canada in TZ requesting for my dependants documents.
I sent out documents via DHL
Still waiting to hear from them.
Patience is key to this whole process.

I am still trying to understand the abbreviations used, DM is direct message right?
Everything have received is through emails and that's the timeline I just shared.
