I received a call from the local office to inform that UP and the application are both approved. For PP pages, I got an email and I responded via email but for some reason, that wasn't added to my file even after 20 days had passed. So, I submitted the PP pages again via webform and the information was then added to my file.

My Prohibitions and Language are now completed as of yesterday. Only physical presence remaining in progress. Hopefully once the officer checks the documents, they will make a decision. The email I received for passport pages was specifically regarding Urgent Processing. Was your passport request for urgent processing? Or was it part of the regular application? I mean did you see Urgent Processing written anywhere on your passport request email?

No I applied for UP after about 22 days after I received the PP pages request. If your status was updated in this fashion (Language and prohibitions were set to "Completed" with just physical presence pending and they've requested PP pages), IMO, it is likely that they intend to approve your UP request. You might receive a call from local office soon after Physical presence is set to "Completed" to confirm an oath date for you.
