Preview my score error

Dear folks,

My friends tried to submit his EE application under CEC, and he filled out all application forms. However, when he checked the preview my score, it said "
Our system is currently unavailable. Please try again later.". He firstly thought it could be just a glitch, and he sent a technical report, but never heard anything yet.
The message is still the same for more than three weeks. Please kindly give your thought and tips upon my friend's circumstance.

Do you have ECAs? Meet language requirements? Age? Do you have 67 eligibility points (not CRS)?

I got invitation under EE -CEC. My recent education is from Canada and I have ECA for my previous studies. Yeah meeting language criteria. 67 Eligibility I need to check.
