I have submitted my fingerprints on April 26th. Vancouver location. I have not received them yet. I have emailed then but no response. What should I do? Any suggestions?

Hi all I had submitted my fingerprints on April 26th for RCMP report. Received the report just now. I had emailed RCMP twice. Received no reply from them. My location is Vancouver. Finally after a long wait received my report in the mail. Hope you all waiting get it soon.
I got the report in mail on my address. My application has not yet received the Portal email. IRCC did not ask for RCMP report yet. I am not sure where my case is stuck. Just waiting since 4 months now. Not sure how much more wait it will be.
My RCMP PCC will be one year old on 11October 2021. I did not submit RCMP PCC for my wife as she was in india when i applied on 11th March 2021. She came to canada in april 2021. Our criminality is passed according to our GCMS notes. Is there a chance they might ask for RCMP PCC again if our application takes too long? PCCs are taking too long so should I apply for one right now just incase they ask for it in future?
Got request for RCMP on 11th July. I was outside Canada at that time and did it through a certified agency.
Submitted the fingerprint on 13th July. Got the DCN number on the 21st July.
No update since and have emailed them twice and no response yet.
This whole process is such a mess.
It's a shame that they can't even have a system where one can track their application.
Should I wait or resubmit another application ?

No use of submitting another application.!! It will be same as previous !
I contacted rcmp on twitter they told that it may take upto 3-4 months ., so you have to be patient
Just wait. It is taking about 9 weeks to get RCMP clearance. I applied on June 24th and still waiting. They replied on my emailed about 5 weeks after but it says it was mailed on August 17th. Hope today or tomorrow I get it.
What did you all did with the deadline given by CIC. Did you submit webform, called them or just submitted LOE telling that RCMP is taking time in the CIC portal?
Submit a webform !!! And ask for extension … call them also to inform about webform and confirm that webform is being raised in system !!
