For those who sent off their passport already ,did you guys address it to the high commission or the vac office ? Im a bit confused because im now hearing that its not suppose to go to the high commission

It should say where they want you to send it in your ppr document.

Ya it was super confusing for us too. So our ppr said to submit to the nearest VAC office so we just googled the address. Then we had to visit the VAC website to pay a transmission fee and a one way courier fee, so it can be returned after coming back to the VAC office from Kingston. Additionally, we had to print off a consent form and send that, passport, receipt for fees paid (which has to be paid at the bank), and two photos.

Is it possible to deliver passport in person to kvo?

I dont think so based on the information given on kgn visa website. I think is because of COVID

Yes, you will receive an email from the VAC with a tracking number. Then you just go to the VAC website to track package.
