looks like a reminder...
I hope so. This process has got me.all freaked out.
Should i call IOM and confirm? Also the sputum culture result Comes within 6 to 8 weeks and it has been about that many weeks so is it OK if I ask IOM about the report because they said if it's negative they won't call. But for my piece of mind I want to know if the report is negative.

Hey guys
I have a question if someone can help me out. We had our hearing on July 28 and won our hearing. Our file was transferred to CPC-M.
I go to check my application today on Ecas and I’m not able to log on.
Yesterday I was able to get on but not today. I tried to call IRCC and the agent was refusing to tell me anything. Is this normal that you cant access your application after its transferred to CPC-M?
Hi congulation dear you won appeal.. Please can you share your experence with us? Your hearing was on 28 july and you won on same day? How many houres take your hearing? Please share because my hearing in November first week ..

Yes we had a full day hearing. It was 7 hours long and it was virtual. We were very nervous of course.
We hired a lawyer to help us with the appeal and we got a good outcome. The questions were fair, minister’s counsel was surprisingly pleasant, the member asked a few questions that stumped me but my lawyer did a good job of getting him to back off. At the end of the hearing they told us we won our hearing. Here we are waiting for more to come hopefully soon :(

Congratulations we are also waiting for our file to re-open after winning appeal. Its been 8 months now. I'm not able to see the file on ecas...was informed once the file has re-opened I will be able to see it.

I know it might be useless but I still asked my MP to contact IRCC and the result turned out to be useless.
This is what my MP got from IRCC and my MP told me they couldn't expedite IRCC process my case.
“We have verified the information you provided on behalf of your constituent. We can confirm that there have been no further updates since your previous inquiry.
Rest assured that the responsible office will contact your constituent directly, if additional information is required. “

Nightmare...

I’m sorry. We deserve better.

It would be one thing if ALL applications were stalled , but every day I see 2021 applicants getting COPR

This needs to become an election issue

Anyone who lost the Full Hiring and re-Applied again for 2nd times?
Kindly i want to talk with anyone who is in same boat.

You should reapply only if you have more proof. This is what I always read here.
We lost the lost Full Hiring in 2019. My wife came to our country two times after that and we gather more proof. In this December we will have 6 years of our marriage. We hire a lawyer and he recommened us that all you have to do is to meet once in a year or more if it is possible for you guys.

What's the reason to refuse you at your full hearing?
