how do we know our medical is passed because i did my upfront medical on aug5,2021.. i don’t know anything after that and when i called ircc they said you don’t need medical because its not required in your profile they are checking your background what this means pls let me know.. if anyone has any idea

there was a change due to covid, some people who have been in canada and who meet some other criteria have been exempt from medical. May be you meet those criteria and that's why the officer was saying you don't need medical. regardless, shouldn't be a problem since you did it anyways..
