We have to call or email them. Since June 28th and no counterfoil? This service is sooo poor and deserves questioning.

Nothing ooo. Sent them a mail and got a reply that I will be contacted when my passport is ready.

When did you send them your passport? This people won't change until someone sues them. I'll probably be the one to sue them, even if l don't win it will send them a message. A responsible company will fire whoever is causing this delay. We paid for our passports to be transmitted to and fro, I don't see why they have to hold it till they have enough to send at once.
