No question regarding soft or hard landing?
What is customs form please?

No questions about soft landing though I stated I was a new immigrant and it was my first landing to the customs officer.

The customs form is the form everyone has to fill out upon arrival at the kiosks in the arrival hall of the terminal right before customs. It's a declaration that you don't have a gun, don't have illegal drugs on you, aren't carrying more than $10k in cash on you, haven't visited a farm, etc.

Received MR on 30 May 2021
Did re-Medicals on 2 June 2021
Passed Medicals on 24 June.

Still waiting for PPR.

In my GC Key Account there appears:

"Your Action is Required"

But when I go to details, there's no new message for me.

Should I contact IRCC though Web Form
or
Wait patiently?

Guide me plz.

You might need to upload a soft copy of your Passport in the documents section in your GC Key account. Please see if IRCC has enabled a upload for you.

Hi ircc asked me to submit passport since now its is through 2 way courier.
Now my question after how many days they pick up my pasport after fill form on vfs and how long it will take yo deliver it to visa office ?
And also 30 days limit means passport pick up in 30 days or 30 days to delivery to ircc.
I am asking this as i have a family medical emergency and travel away from home so making sure i have enough time for sending passport.

Hi,
For me it took one day. I filled out the webform on a Wednesday, got the payment link the same day and on Thursday afternoon the BlueDart courier guy came to my house. He gave me a heads up of just 5 minutes though, I was lucky to have all my photographs and documents prepared a day earlier.

For me, if/when I receive my COPR, I would be relocating permanently. The third wave of COVID is bound to bring with it more restrictions and my family suggests I should travel as soon as possible, lest the COPR expires again.

Hi all,

Firstly thanks to all of you the process has been rather less stressful with this forum.

So I finally received my PPR2 yesterday evening, I filled out the webform and received the payment link this afternoon. Successfully completed the payment.

I have a doubt on a few things -
1. Regarding the courier/sms form - I didn't receive a link to that, is there anywhere specific I need to download it from? However there was a link to the consent form provided in the email titled "PR- Reference No. 10xxxxx VFS Support Query Update | Do not delete | {ticket#xxxx#}"
2. I did not receive an email post payment, I did take a screenshot as a reference of the successfully paid webpage. Should I expect a AWB after this step?
3. Who do I address the parcel to ? Will the details be shared on email?

Hi friends

Me, my wife and our daughter recently got COPR and we want to take our mother along with us on visitor visa for sometime.
Can anyone guide me, for following points:

1. Can we apply for her visitor visa basis our COPR?
2. We all are vaccinated with Sputnik, which is not approved in Canada. So, hope thats not an issue if we agree to quarantine
3. What all documents should I attach with her application?
4. Do the Canadian authorities grant visa to parent easily?

I am very worried for her visa and want to take her along with us, as there is no one here with her.
Please guide, for any points which I should consider in mind. Thanks in advance.

Hi all - This is for those who have received the vfs confirmation email.

I just had a couple of questions:
1. the complete package also includes a 'courier and sms form'. The link is the mail is just the consent form. Where are we supposed to download the courier and sms form? Is there a standard form that can be be used?
2. Are we not supposed to submit recent photos as well? I was under the impression we might have to update since our previously submitted photos were older than 6 months.

Well it's been exactly a month since my passports got picked for stamping.

Update that my counterfoil was updated on 21st Aug! Stamped passports are on their way home.
