SINP AFFIDAVIT

Hi all,
I am in the process of filling my SINP application after receiving an ITA.
M question concerning the affidavit. Let's say I have translated 6 documents from the same language and the same translator. Assuming that the translator stamped all the translated documents, should he attach the affidavit form to each translated document ? Or a general one for the whole 6 documents could be enough ?
I would appreciate your guidance, and if there is a filled template of this affidavit, that would be really helpful.

Hi Maayi, Thanks. I should have mentioned "in the EOI, is there any option to upload the ECA"? I know that after invitation to apply you fill up all sections and upload files. The reason I am asking as there is a cautionary note at profile creation that "without ECA, invitations will not be issued". Thanks but I got to understand that there is a check box if ECA is done or not. So this will be deemed that if the check box is marked yes, the profile will enter the pool and may qualify.

Hi all,

I have a question regarding the Affidavit form: at the bottom says "_______ A Notary Public in and for the
Province/State/Country of ________" Does it means that the form has to be signed by a public notary? Is there a way to submitt the translator's own Affidavit?
