Parents and Grandparents Sponsorship 2019

Received a letter to submit passports within the next 30 days. The letter states that All required documents must be submitted in one single package.

However, VFS says to submit two separate webforms for two passports. I have already done this.

1. Do I have to prepare separate packages to send the passports of my Father and my mother?

2. Also, apart from filling the VFS webform, is there anything else that we have to do? Consent letter or anything else?

3. Do we have the send the application payment receipt once again in this package?

@mjadawala I noticed you have asked a similar question in the past. May I know what did you do in your case?

1. Yes separate pacakges
2. Yes VFS consent letters - two consent letters (VFS CVAC use and SMS) each
3. I am guessing you mean PR application payment receipt - I did not send but just clarified in my Cover Letter that its already paid at time of application in June 2019.

Hello. I’ve been a silent member for some time and have found this forum extremely helpful. I’m in a dilemma and hope someone can help.my parents are in Canada for last year on supervisa and are now planning to
go back home for a month. My question is if in their absence immigration calls to confirm their physical presence here and I tell them they have left amd are coming back in a month, will they ask them to send their passports to their nearby consulate or can they come back and have inland passport request and virtual landing done?their LVO is London.

Any ideas about this?

I cannot recall the date - But it was requested sometime in February 2021:

-Resume for both PA and dependant
-PCC
-Travel history

PARENTS IN INDIA but IRCC AGENT says file in CPC-MISSISSAUAGA.. we have also applied for TRV as it got expired MARCH 2021.

1. Originally Biometrics Completed on FEB 10th 2020.
2. Remedicals requested on July 25, 2021.
3. Medicals passed on August 5th , 2021.
4. Expected DM2 for PR Application Status - ???????
5. Expected PPR request????

My parents passed Medical on Feb. 1, 2021 and received PCC request in June 2021. So if your case is also processed in Ankara (which is the case for Iranian applicants) then you should probably wait for a few more months to get the PCC request.

last time (around a month ago) when I called they confirmed that the application is still in CPC-Mississauga. I did not receive any communication after Med passed (June17). If the application transfer to the other offices should we get a notification or a letter?
Also I submitted PCC back in Feb 2020 proactively and still didn't ask for another one.
My parents also hav valid biometric and they didn't ask for another one.
I just hope if they need any additional document just request them all together.
I am so disappointed from all the process

CIC requested new principal applicant form on January 23, 2020

We contacted member of parliament in June 2021.

After that:
Main file was cancelled
We got new file number for my mother-in-law as a principal applicant
Re -Medical Requested: July 11, 2021
Medical Passed: August 11, 2021

I just received Passport request letter in email on Aug 19. Filled out webform to New Delhi Visa Office that parents here in Canada. Waiting for next step. Can you please update @robertp @YuliaYulia @laxsun @serious_cheese ?

Have you received sponsorship eligibility approval letter? If your file is transferred to any local visa office it should mention in that letter.
I had also submitted PCC in Jan. 2021 proactively but they requested it again in May 2021. My parents also have valid biometrics.
