Do I have to pay and register with MCC on Physiciansapply.ca before I can be given an ITA even though my CRS score is good.

What NOC are you using? Do you have an ECA? What is your CRS score?

To set up a profile, you need an ECA and IELTS.

You can not get an ITA, until you have an express entry profile.

For Express Entry profile, you need ECA.

For ECA (for Doctors) you need to apply at MCC.
