I submitted july 2020 from Edmonton
Recieved AOR January 2021
Back ground check completed march 2021
Last update April 23rd 2021
Nothing after that.
Still waiting for test

There is a possibility yes. I can confirm they work outside of Business hours because I received a call from them at 8:25 PM on a Tuesday.

Not sure about that but if they aren't able to reach you on call, I guess they'll email you.

Got the test request on Aug 11, completed today.
I have a question about the below asked question in the below :
"In order for IRCC to continue the process of your citizenship application, scanned copies or photos of
all passport(s) and travel document(s) pages held during your eligibility period are required. If you do
not have a passport or a travel document, please provide an explanation."

DO I have to provide all the passports copies even it is expired? I have two , one expired and one current

I've updated the spreadsheet.

Provide all the passports that were valid during the eligibility period, irrespective of whether or not it is expired now. If a passport was valid even for one day during your eligibility period, then you'll have to submit that.

Not all gets it.

Nope, not everyone.

to add @anton1990, My observation is if you have provided entire passport scan and not limited to only first and last pages(biographic ??) during application submission they usually don't ask. I may be wrong .... they didn't asked me as i gave those details during application submission.
