That is personal choice, what we can do here is share the experiences from other citizenship applicants, and if you read previous threads, for example: 2020 December online applicants, or January or February you will notice that in December when the online application tool was launched, the online process was quicker than paper, some of those applicants, selected during the pilot launch of the online tool, have gotten their citizenship already or are schedule to take the Oath in the near future, it took 6 to 8 months form start to finish. But in January there was a glitch with the online application, therefore online applicants received AOR until May - June, it appears that they are were able to fix the glitch/ bug and are catching up now, but they are still sending AOR to March applicants. The expectation is that after receiving AOR the process will start moving faster, but there is not definitive trend with online applications. In regards to paper applications, you can expect to receive AOR two - four months after your application has been received at IRCC Sydney and considered complete.
Good luck!!!
