no one can give you this view unfortunately. The way they processes cases is very individual and the timelines of one person don't have to match with what you see.

Hello there ,
I am new here. I applied for my mom and dad. Application receiving date is June 18 2019. Application status is IN PROCESS. My parents have never asked for medicals / pcc or biometrics yet. I don’t know if it’s normal!
I am really tensed as I know many of the parents are already arrived in Canada.
I wonder if there are more people who are in the same situation as me.

@haujla3 : My mom's case was similar but Jun 3 candidate, the file was moved from in process to DM in last three weeks, I hope your file will have some update soon. Hoping for the best.

From Which IRCC office did you receive your first email. I know one applicant in BC received the details within few hours of sending the above-mentioned details. the surprise was he received portal instructions on Saturday and received ECOPR on wednesday

Not sure about the location but I received two different email one on Saturday with below footer info:

Other one I received on Monday with following footer:
