Should I consider Mandamus now ? My AOR is NOV 2019 FST(FSW) cook.

Hi. I have been waiting a my pr process since NOV 2019 Federal skilled worker.
Following GCMS note. nothing changes before Pandemic not.
I also emailed immigration minister office and Webform as well then minister office called me back to make me just my feeling better.
They said They can't help. They mentioned that just keep being patient. that was more annoying.
For almost 2 years. I got laid off eventually from previous work places and I changed my status to BOWP now
I never reported it because I am sure this is not no problem.

So should I consider to hire immigration special lawyer to lawsuit to Federal governments now to resolve this horrible situation?

this is totally unfair compare to other later applicants.

I saw some people in chatting group who drawn at same time with in FST (OCT 2019). They succeeded their case went go a PR like at least E-Portal through Mandamus letter.

Please Advise me if any one used Mandamus for PR processing.

We have the same issue got ITA last Oct. 16 , 2019, AOR Nov. 27, 2019 No changes until now still on background checking.

What stage are you at based on your GCMS notes

eligiblity : recommended pass
Security : Not start
Criminality : passed
Medical : expired but this is ok
Info sharing : complete

Even if it passes all It done't mean to go forward to approve

I know 22 of 200 people in Same ITA Oct 16 FST
2 of them in 200 people draw they got a pr by Mandamus.
