Did you check your ecas ? My ecas says Decision Made but GC sign-in account says doing background and criminality. Don't know what that means...
Please check your email or contact IRCc regarding dm. Same incident happened with my FREIND he got dm in ecas but not in gckey. After three weeks he got a call from IRCc officer and they asked him why you are not replying their email . May be system glitch he did not received email from IRCc .
Wait it will update their system soon. Maybe near end to your Background check before update.

I'm not quite sure, and might be wrong, but I think nobody in this forum had to wait more than a month to get the portal e-mail after DM.Hey , where is our dm . Where we stuck down.Congrats!!
I know, but look at this person waiting since December 2019, almost 2 years.. we are not that bad yet ;(
